SPANISH HARLEM – Nothing feels better than Victory Monday, especially when it comes on the heels of a Super Bowl. As an Eagles fan, you bet I will touch on that a bit, but also some New York Yankees news.
E-A-G-L-E-S… EAGLES Win the Super Bowl!
I was a pure wreck going into Sunday, with my anxiety for the game through the roof. All I wanted to do was the game and no news or otherwise could make that happen fast enough for me. I took Monday off from work because I knew one of 2 things would happen, the Philadelphia Eagles would win and cause to drink as much as possible while watching every highlight under the sun… or I would be crying myself, while pounding beers and avoiding everything Super Bowl related. Either way, I wasn’t going to work but fortunately for me, the Eagles destroyed the Kansas City Chiefs to cause me absolute football bliss.
Yankees Still Need Another Infielder

By this time, you would think that the New York Yankees would have their infield intake but here we are still waiting for that shoe to drop. Externally, it’s being said that they would like someone from the group of infielders they have to take control of becoming the primary 3rd baseman. Maybe that happens but there are still options on the free agent and trade market to make that decision easier for everyone involved. I would love to sit here and say that they sign Bregman, but I have lost all hope at this point. Look for Boone to name DJ LeMahieu the starter at some point this spring (Jesus Christ! Why is he still on the team?)
That’s it for now, please come back tomorrow for more good content from Action Jackson Sternberg.
