St Johns Clinches Big East, Arron Rodgers to the Giants? Cena Turns!

PORT JEFF, NY – We are in historic times! There is no time to mess around. I’ll explain via these headlines: St Johns Clinches Big East, Arron Rodgers to the Giants? Cena Turns!

St Johns Clinches Big East (regular season championship)

Last week, we discussed the possibility of St. John’s Big East season, and any speculation was put to rest. In a 71-61 MSG slugfest, the Johnnies did what they needed do and won. Next up is a date with 20th-ranked Marquette. A win in this road game should secure the Red-Storm a-two seed in the Big Dance.

Arron Rodgers to the Giants?

Shortly after I published my article last week, I felt optimistic about Giants’ chances to land Matt Stafford. Boy, was I wrong. Although it was reported that the G-Men offered Stafford more money, he decided to stay in LA, and who can really blame him? The Rams were a touchdown away from going to the NFC Championship. Where does this leave the Giants? Apparently, there is “mutual interest” between Big Blue and Aaron Rodgers. Yes, you heard that correctly, the same Aaron Rodgers who set the Jets back for God knows how many after demanding a list of certain players and then underperforming. for the Giants, in a must-win season coming up, they may have to take a swing at Rodgers and see if he has any magic left. With weapons like Nabers, Tracy, and Robinson, there is an outside chance we could see some of revival. I trust Brian Daboll to get the most out of any QB that’s on his roster. Maybe Rodgers would give the Giants a shot in the arm.

John Cena Turns!

Jackson Sternberg

In one of the most shocking turn of events I have ever witnessed, John Cena, who is considered of the best “good guys” to ever enter a wrestling ring, has turned the other way. For those who are not wrestling fans, this would be akin to Saquon Barkley leaving the Giants for the rival Eagles and winning a Super Bowl. OH WAIT… that really did happen! Cena will take on Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania for the WWE Championship. If Cena manages to defeat the American Nightmare, it will mark his 17th time as a world champion, setting a new record previously held by the great Ric Flair. John Cena and The Rock will continue to shake the landscape of WWE, with WrestleMania on April 19th and 20th. Who knows what kind of segments and soundbites we will get until then.

Speaking of wrestling, JBL is down with the Insane Clown Posse.

Jackson and his twin brother Jacob are son's of MTM legend, Al Sternberg. Being the youngest of the twins by 10 minutes, Jackson knows the value of time. Look for him and Jacob to collaborate and/or create separately. Family quirk: the twins don Speedos when wake-boarding on Long Island's beaches.
