SPANISH HARLEM – In the NBA, it seems every day there are some teams or players you want to catch on television. With that, below 3 Must-Watch NBA Players. Apologies to some that didn’t make the list – likeĀ DeMar DeRozan, Lebron James, Trae Young and that’s just a few.
Ja Morant
It’s pretty crazy what this dude is doing. I know he has missed some games due to injury but when he is on the court, there is no one more athletic. This guy almost concussed himself on the rim for an alley-op dunk. The springs on Morant are unbelievable and I can’t imagine what that would look like in person. Take into account that his team is playing some of the best basketball in the NBA and you get a star in the making. He gets to the rim at will and the shot is getting better.
Kevin Durant
Man, oh man… do I wish he was a New York Knick. To me, he is the best basketball player in the world and I have loved his game for a long time now. Who doesn’t? You almost forget that he came back from a potential career-ending injury. He looks so good and so dominant that it scares you when he has the ball because no one can stop him. If he wants to score on you, he will. There is nothing you can do about it. Early favorite to win the MVP.
Wardell Stephen Curry
Now we get to the other favorite to win the MVP. I don’t why I’m saying this but I kinda wish he went by Wardell. Stephen may sound cooler and is easier on the tongue but Wardell is a name that needs more recognition. Anyhow, I just love watching Curry when he gets hot. His handle is so pure that he will create space and get his shot off before you even know what happened. The release is so quick, it’s crazy to me that any one could shoot the ball that fast and so smooth. Definitely one of my favorites to watch whenever I can.
That’s it for now, come back for Cam James, who gets the ball for the second consecutive Friday because his house DIDN’T burn down.
Until next time…
