STAMFORD, CT – This NFL season has had a WWE feel to it, with the crazy endings and even a foray into the crowd by the Heel DeKaylin Zecharius Metcalf. And speaking of fans, there was a fun celebrity sighting in Miami, at least for one cameraman. And speaking of fun, it was fun watching Phil Rivers throw TDs and then seeing his army of kids celebrating. Too bad the Colts D couldn’t do their part. What’s really not fun is watching the horrifying double feature of the Giants and Jets.
Danger in Miami

The internet went into a tizzy when a cameraman lingered on a woman in the crowd a bit too long at the Miami Hurricanes game on Saturday. The woman, Abella Danger, is a p@rn star. Apparently, I had personally never heard of her. But the cameraman clearly knew who she was.
Anyway, Karen from Seattle was not amused, “there are kids watching.” Let me tell you something Karen, if your kids are familiar with her work, it’s too late. If they’re not, chill out, it’s just another shot of a woman in the crowd.
Giants Continue to Break New Ground

Who is ready for some fun stats for the Giants?! They’ve now had a NINE-game losing streak in three of the last seven seasons. That’s hard to do. They have not won a division title since 2011. They had a measly seven possessions on Sunday. Jaxson Dart, who is in danger of getting screwed up by the Giants, was 7 for 13 with 75 yards.
The Giants somehow still had a chance to win this game. They really could have if Darius Slayton didn’t have cinder blocks for hands. In a season of brutal losses, this one was even tougher to watch. Dart looks like a gelding that just lost his man parts.
Fire Schoen now.
I Love it When a Plan Comes Together

Here’s what Aaron Glenn said after the Jets got destroyed by the lowly Saints.
“For the fans, listen, it’s going to be a tough road, and we knew that, but man, the thing is we know exactly what we’re doing, and we do have a plan. “Don’t let go of the rope, I will say that.”
You say you know EXACTLY what you’re doing? Seems like a stretch considering they just fired the D-coordinator. Don’t worry, it’s all part of the master plan, y’all. Allowing the third most points per game. Trading their top two defenders. The flabbergastingly bad QB play. It’s so bad I have to invent words. All part of the plan.
You say you knew it would be a tough road, Aaron? Let’s look at what he said in September.
“I have a pretty good understanding of exactly where we are as a team and the things that we were trying to create going into and going through training camp. I think we’re very, very close, and I’m going to continue to assess that as I go through the season. I will never stop looking because I want to make sure we reach that plateau of being the team that we try to create … fighting our [expletives] off to get there. I do know that they [the players] know exactly what it is, and we can continue to strive for that.”
Hmm. Very close, eh? That sounds like he thought they could win right away. I don’t know how you can feel confident about him or this organization right now. It sure looks like Ben Johnson was the brains behind the Lions operation.
Merry Christmas folks, I wish all the best for you and yours.
Come back tomorrow for Yuletide Ward.
