FLUSHING, NY – It took Juan Soto’s departure to expose the bullies that are currently employed by the New York Yankees. An incident that happened back in June between Juan Soto Sr. and an a$$hole of a security guard was documented in the N.Y. Post. When Soto’s father let it be known who his son was, the guard let him know that he didn’t give a shit.
This is the norm that goes on inside Yankee Stadium or Steinbrenner Field down in Tampa. General Manager Brian Cashman got a taste of it years ago when security told his parents to get up from their unassigned seats, even though it was way before game time. When they informed security of who their son was, the response was, “I don’t give a shi1!”
A high Yankee executive, who shall remain nameless due to the fact that he may become a stroke victim if he saw his name in print, prevented an incident with that same a$$hole guard who dissed Soto’s dad. As he was working up in his office he got nervous at the thought of his son, who he brought to work, being in the tunnel asking players for autographs. This Yankees executive, who thinks he’s high and beyond, grabbed his son from the tunnel area out of fear of the a$$hole guard exposing his son for getting players to sign his ball.
Back in the Bronx in 2012 Cincinnati Reds manager Dusty Baker showed up to The Stadium and was confronted by a guard who told him the gates open up at 5pm. When Baker told him who he was, the guard was clueless.
There’s countless other incidents involving the fan base, players, and employees who had disturbing moments with the Bullies who lack common sense. Most of them never came back. Those bullies, who think they’re actually securing their space, act the way they act cause the honchos from above simply don’t give a shit.
Juan Soto’s departure may not be over the bullie’s diss, but boy did he diss the Yankees by signing with that other New York team.
