Ridiculous Sunday Sports Headline: Aaron Rodgers Back This Year

So give me your doubts, give me your prognostications and then watch what I do.”Aaron Rodgers

NEW YORK, NY – It’s one of those glorious ‘tweener days here in the Big Apple – ‘tween summer and fall. With that, you’ve got the NFL, MLB and and the Rugby World Cup going on, making for a bunch of headlines and stories. Some are downright silly. Some not so silly. It’s the former that tickles my feather. Ridiculous Sunday Sports Headline: Aaron Rodgers Back This Year

Aaron Rodgers Back This Year

This is as ridiculous as it gets. Adam Schefter spit this bad boy out on ESPN. Click-bait, much, Adam? His “it’s possible” scenario counts on Rodgers healing in less than 5 months – which is the fastest return to day (Cam Akers). At 39, you don’t heal the way you did when you were 25. But as per the following quote from A-Rodge on the Patrick Justin McAfee Show, yours truly will take credit it he does come back, as I say there is no way he will:

“Give me the doubts, give me the timetables, give me all the things that you think can, should or will happen, because all I need is that one little extra percent of inspiration. That’s all I need. So give me your doubts, give me your prognostications and then watch what I do.”

I gave you my doubts above, Mr. Rodgers, and I’m doubling down now. You are welcome.
